Sir, With due respect i want to state that its quite surprising, that many complaints which has been mailed in internet are related to Internet Speed.As for me also, i have been using whiz for the past one month and the speed of surfing and downloading is hopeless.I know it doesn't makes a difference for the service provider, because once there business is done then the consumer satisfaction is not at all taken care off.
