Hello, I have an account with Global Telelinks but have not been happy for quite a while with their service. My intention was to use my remainin balance and close my account. I have constantly been harrassed with phone calls from them regardless of the fact that they know that I wanted to close the accoutnt and had no intention of topping up. I went to use my phone this morning and instead of less than 60 mins (which is what I should have remaining) my balance was over 300 mins.
