I purchased the Eureka Copper Canyon 1512 in June of 2007 from the Eureka store in NY. As soon as I received my tent I noticed two of the poles were broken so I contacted Eureka to register my product. When I contacted them Sandy stated that the product was so new they did not have any replacement poles at that time and to contact the company at a later time.
