First off, I called this company to fix my air conditioner since I have a 76 year old mother with cancer and a 5 month baby. I can live without air conditioning but not these two. The man who came was named Mike Golan. While I was at work and so was my husband, my mother was home to let him in. He kept insisting on 4, 000$ to fix a part that was broken on my AC that later I researched and found the part needed only costed about 80$.
