Several phone calls to the same agent at the Covington Baton Rouge Holiday Inn. 4 days now... and no response from the manager. All I need is an receipt emailed to me! How hard is that?! Hilton can do it in two seconds... so can Marriot. For whatever reason the manager or desk clerk at this hotel puts the customer last when it comes to things as simple as a receipt. Thank you for reminding me why I don't choose Holiday Inn as my choice of hotel when traveling. I would never recommend staying at this hotel since this is the way their staff acts towards any simple request. read full review »
