We bought our kids a Nintendo Wii for Christmas last December. We no longer had the receipt. It stopped working recently and we wanted to warranty the product. We went to the Toys R Us store where we bought it hoping they could either warranty the product themselves, or since it was serialized, print us a proof of purchase so we could warranty it directly with Nintendo.
