complaint was sent in 2008 about inferior sofa, received nasty remarks. In 2010 had a financial problem sent half payment, but account is constantly adding late fees and outrageous interest rates. trying hard to pay off account, but it will take forever. I am on social security. but have never missed a payment. I pray that this company &bank will be turned over to fdic for illegal fees. read full review »
