I have ordered a new anti-virus program from Norton Anti-virus and have proof that I have paid for a two-year renewal of the protection I now have. Now I have received a notice from Norton that I have seven days left on my subscription. I should have two years and 7 days. I am not going to pay for something I have already paid for.
