My husband and I have been financing a vehicle for 5 years through Sovereign Bank which then got taken over by complete leeches Santander Bank. We were filing a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and decided to change to a Chapter 7 which we have not filed yet, We were waiting for the bank to contact us following the discharge of the 13, so after a month and a half we contacted them.
