I have had Direct TV for 3 years without problems at my home, but when I came to stay with my mother after she became ill, I decided to order the service for her as well, unfortunately this was the worst mistake I EVER made... I recieved a notice telling me she was eligible for a monthly rebate close to 3 months after the service was installed.
