The QUALITY of their merchandise is terrible! The dress I purchased for my daughter's wedding had a nylon zipper, which split open when I brought the dress home (nylon zippers are notorious for doing this). The dress was actually too big, so it wasn't a matter of size. I brought the dress back to the store, they said I had to make an appointment when the seamstress would be there (which wouldn't be until the following Monday - one week before the wedding).
