On August 3rd, 2010 I placed an order from On V/Tara-Medium for my Great Astral Invocation and my " Friday the 13th" Winning Number, But I never received anything. I have already been charged my first installment, so I am writing to you to cancel this order and to get my refund . I also want you to stop charging my credit card for subsequent installments since I never received my order.
