To the residents of Cold Spring Harbor, Huntington, and Lloyd Harbor who have had their car windows broken between August 13th & August 22 2010. It was Jack Cassidy, age 18 of 57 Wilton Road, Cold Spring Harbor and a 14 year old boy. Ph. # (631) 423- 5012. Police charged each of the teens with 12 counts of criminal mischief. Cassidy is also charged with soliciting the 14-year-old to commit a felony. Cassidy was scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Monday.
