On 8/18/2010 I requested my reward points to be tansfered into my paypal account, only to be blocked with an internal error and my transaction is flagged need to contact helpdesk. Have called and e-mailed the help desk, only to be told that I need a verified paypal account, and my browser needs to be javascript enabled. My account with paypal has been verified for the last 4 years, never had a problem getting payment until now and wih just one site. Will be contacting the BBB next if this problem is not resolved soon. read full review »
