I have a LG LCD television that the display panel failed just after the 24 month warranty. After taking it to the LG dealer in PE (May 2009) they where unable to be of any sort of assistance. I then approached the LG call centre and was told that they would replace the current set for a new set at a fee. The fee was payed on the 13th August 2009 and 4 day delivery to the LG dealer in PE.
