I have spoken with the KFC careline and received reference number C1009130. I contacted KFC on 12 August 2009. My wife and me bought the big meal box and took this food to the resort where we were staying for the weekend. As we were eating it, the burgerchicken was fine, but the loose piece in both my box and my wife's box were half-cooked. We had to throw these pieces away in the dustbin.
