When I joined Planet fitness in Feb of this year the consultants could not leave me alone. I was bombarded with phone calls to join. I did join and was happy. When I joined there was a promotion running for a return domestic air ticket which I was suppose to receive within 2 weeks. Well I waited 3 months and it would have been longer if I had not complained. When I received the voucher I only had two weeks left to register it but the voucher states that I must allow 30 days.
