In June 2010, we contracted with Breedlove Landscape Services located in Centralia, Missouri. They were supposed to install a patio alongside the back area of our home. This area takes a lot of rain and it was understood and stated on the contract that “proper drainage” was guaranteed. The area was also supposed to have the correct slope to take the water away from the house. Long story short…the area is not adequately sloped away from house.
