PNC will not remove late charge ($29)after their billing dept. failed to send me, not one, but two billing statements, stating it was my fault. I have received all my other credit card bills, except for this one, maybe the mailman made a mistake, but two months in a row, I don't think so. I will cancel after they receive my payment.
