While the techs were clean and friendly. Their work as so so. I had them clean the vents, fireplace and dryer vent. When they were done cleaning the fireplace there was soot all over the place. They cleaned the dryer vent from the outside in, not from the inside out. The vent runs the length of the house, so I am not sure how clean it really got. Out of all the available plug-ins they unplugged the freezer and never plugged it back in. Everything in the freezer had to be thrown out after returning from vacation. Healthy Air has not returned any of my phone calls. I would not use them again. read full review »
