Originall debit card established as freshman student. Student consistantly overcharged debit account. High fees charged. Student and mother set debit charges/pay to not exceed amound of funds established. Card holder/student went to bank to have a lost card replaced. At this time changes were made and credit cards were given to student. Student did not have funds to pay charges and fees. Student was given over ten thousand dollars of credit with a job.
