I ordered a beach chair a week ago and have not received it. I call the customer service line and it states there are zero customer service agents to take your call. I called 1-888-40-beach. I also payed $15.00 dollars for shipping handling. The beach chair was not cheap either. I will never order from them again. I want to be able to go to my pool before the summer ends. It is hard to find a beach chair in the beginning of August...that is why I ordered the chair online. Next time I will call the customer service line to make sure people work there before I buy another item online. read full review »
