I found a "free trial" for Dermitage on beautyuser.com and only payed 5.95 shipping. Come to find out it wasn't so "free" after all. 20 days after I got the product I was charged an extra 99.95 I went to my bank and they said to fill out a form and change my card number, but I had to call to try to get a refund first. Later Michele (ID# 32733), said she'd credit my account 99.95 and product return wasn't needed. 2 days later I got credited 99.95 I'm just happy to have my money back.
