FTD practices false advertising and uses below par florists to complete their orders. I ordered a specific arrangement knowing that there might be substitutions. However, a good florist would only substitute using other flowers and vases that would still give the overall effect of the arrangement selected. They did not and then in less than 6 hours reduced the price of the arrangement I had selected.
