These people totally screwed me on an expensive part I returned. They act like they are on drugs. They do not answer the phone. They do not call back when requested. Each time I write them, they ask for more information and when I give it, they ask for more. Finally, they act like I'm not requesting an RMA, when I already got one and sent the part in.
