I took my car for radiator and heating problem to NTB. The service was not performed to my satisfaction. I took NTB to small claims court in Lyndhurst, Ohio and got rewarded $ 350 plus $70 court cost and 5% interest per annum. NTB refused to pay. I wrote a letter to their headquarter in Florida, but got no response eithere. Then I went back to Lyndhurst court to garnish their bank account.
