I was schelduled for service on my central air unit on August 19th between 1pm and 5pm . at 540 pm I called to see where the tec was and was told that he called my house and there was no answering machine to leave a message that he was not coming. Well I have an answering machine and both my husband & and I were both at home and no one called to say they were not coming.
