I contacted emusic.com regarding charges that were made to my credit card for a service that I neither signed up for or ever used. I was told that the “free trial” account was begun on Nov2, 2009, and was never cancelled, so they billed my card 9.99 for an audiobooks service and 11.99 for a music service for 5 months! My credit card did not have a balance, and I did not receive any statements because my address change to the company was not processed correctly, so I did not find out about these charges until April, 2010.
