On May 15th, Kates Cleaners lost a piece of very expensive clothing of mine. When I reported it, they told me that they would look for it and if not found would reimburse me for the item. Owner/Manager, Andy Nguyen kept stalling and when I finally talked to him, his response was take it to small claims court cause I'm not paying. This is not the first time they have given articles to the wrong owner.
