Placed order then canceled within 10 minutes. Was told it was too late to cancel per Jodi empl #355. Spoke with Chase, emp # L2017 was told cancellation was requested and money would be credited to my account with an e-mail confirmation. Never received my money $ 99.96 or he cancellation confirmation. Talked with Ashley empl 353 who transferred me to floor supervisor Brian # 364 who confirmed that no one had actually processed anything SURPRISE.
