My mom has been a loyal customer of DirecTv for around 8 or more years. She tried to get her package upgraded with the DVR stuff, and she was told that it was only for new customers. She then asked how she could reduce her bill, and had to change her package options several times before giving up and taking the higher priced package. A family friend went to their local branch of Popeye's chicken. They took their order home to find the chicken was bloody inside. Their son was made ill by the food. My mom and I have had internet service with what is currently Windstream Telecomunications. As an attempt to cut back on bills, she placed the internet 'on hold' meaning the service would not be in use and no charges for the service filed. That, we found out was the EASY part.
