I was scheduled to leave Grand Junction at 12:45pm on the "Express" bus to Denver. When I checked in, I asked if we would be leaving on time. The girl behind the counter said "yes, your bus is here". By the way, she acted as if I was an annoyance. At 12:45 nothing was happening but utter chaos - three buses lined up, many people milling, no employees clarifying what is happening.
