I called A & E to fix my stove. Without touching or examing the stove he told me what parts were needed. He would have to order the parts. Came the day of the expected repair of the stove, the office called me to say the technician had called in sick. At that point, I discovered they had ordered parts for a "gas stove." I have an electric stove. He never got close enough to tell the difference, I guess, and, anyway they didn't have an opening for another ten days!
