I ordered a pair of headphones from The Sound Shop (my first purchase there) about a month ago, i have contacted them multiple times and they keep telling me that they have send my parcel but they have 'lost' the tracking number. I have received no notice slip from the post office that there is a parcel waiting for collection. I have tried phone calls and emails to get my tracking number out of them but to no avail, i am hoping that posting something here will help otherwise the only option left is legal action. read full review »
