After lodging my first complaint, I received a telephone call from MBD regarding my Standard bank credit card account, which was settled in full in 2005. I have confirmed with Standard bank and Sterling that this account has been settled. This account was never handed over to MBD, but was settled with Sterling. What does MBD have to do with it? It has been 4 years ago since it was settled. I am still waiting for feedback regarding my Woolworths account which I would like to settle.
