I have waited to make this complaint as I wanted to give the manger the opportunity to do the right thing. Last year November 2008 I went to Circus Circus for supper with my fiancé and I had a prawns and chicken pasta. After supper about 45 mins later I went into an anaphylactic shock which is food poisoning.
