This morning was the last straw. I am done with MVD’s call centre staff that has no manners. This is crazy. I missed a payment last month because I DID NOT HAVE MONEY!!! I am a single parent and struggle to get somewhere in life. Then you get incompetent call centre staff that treats you like a criminal if you miss a payment. I am done with you. If your staff can’t talk to me with respect, then they should not call me. Your staff are rude, it’s not like I didn’t pay for a year. I MISSED ONE MONTH!!! Maybe you should send your staff on courses to teach them how to work with people (CLIENTS) NOT DOG’S!!! read full review »
