They over promised, took forever to design website. Their designers were not very good. I practically had to design the page myself, even though I paid them to do it. Took about four months to complete design, and charged me all that time as if I had a live website up! They then overcharged me. When I caught it, I had to fight and fight to correct it. Finally only half corrected. They tell you things when selling you their service, but they don't put it in writing, so later they can say, that's not what you got...
