These people are thieves! I was issued an 'approval of refund' email back in May stating that it would take 4-6 weeks. It's almost September and there has been no refund nor has anyone answered any emails sent or phone calls. I've since seen several people complaining of the same issues! What in the hell is going on?! Is this just another scheme that we're going to have to 'learn a lesson' over? I personally am sick of this kind of stuff.
