I am writing this letter on my father’s behalf due to his macular degeneration. After the death of my mother we found that she had refinanced the loan on their home that they have lived in since the 1960’s. She refinanced with Countrywide Loans over the phone in 2/06. She was 80 years old at the time and not in the best of health.
