Very upset with Chase, they hold the mortgage to my property at 3101 Eden Drive abingdon, md 21009 When I purchased the home 5 years ago I submitted my insurance policy which is a perpetual policy by Baltimore Equitable Company. This insurance is perpetual, it lasts until the day I sell my property. I have not been notified of a problem since 2005. Now all of a sudden they claim there is a lapse in my policy and I do not have a policy. I have called them many times and documented names and dates to no avail.
