I got 25 emails in one month advertising a free laptop. I signed up for 2 trials, one with Ivory White. The product did not come for over a week, then arrived while I was out of town. I didn't open it, called the co. to ask how long I had to try it - but they're on mountain time - hard to contact. Then I saw a charge for $78 on my bill, and told them I'd send the trial back and whatever else they sent that they charged for.
