I purchased their product MH1240 (-D), (-01) 800 lb Utility Cart from Sears on 6/2/10. The purchase was based on the product picture that is widely available, then and now. Once assembled, I determined it did not comply with the picture. The cart handle is depicted as leaning back into the cart. My handle would only rest on the ground. I contacted the company via email on 6/10/10 and advised of the disrepancy and that I surmised that it included an incorrect part.
