Bought GE Smart Water Heater (with extended warranty service) several yrs. ago at Home Depot. Didn't have any hot water today and went to turn igniter on but it didn't work. Followed all instructions before calling 8OO toll free number. Warranty good till 2015 per service person. The tecnical service person gave me same directions. It still would not work.
