They run an aid online that you only pay for s&h and you have 14 days to cancel. Before the 14 days are up more like 10-12 they have taken the full price out of your account for your sample bottle and another bottle is on its way which arrives 8-10 days later. I called them 3 times they leave you on hold for a long time over half hour the first time and its some foreign speaking person you can't understand.
