If you enjot hearing noise, there is plenty of it at Millcreek Apartment in San Ramon California. This community is as noisy as a dogpound or childcare. Dog are left alone in the apartment during the day by their owners so they bark all day. When tenants walk out of their apartments unit, the door are slammed. Kids use the hallways and stairwells of the bilding as a playground plaform. They run back and forth on them.
