This company lures customers in by offering cheap online "people searches" for $1.95. What they don't tell you is that regardless of whether you choose a recurring membership or not, they'll bill you $24.95 anyway. Customer service is VERY RUDE and tell you they don't offer refunds. They sell all of your personal information as well. The credit card companies must deal with these scammers a lot because thankfully they reversed that charge at my request. This happened twice.
