I ordered some minis, and in a reasonable amount of time, they informed me that the items were not in stock. I requested that they cancel the order and promptly received an e-mail that the order had been cancelled. But after 5 days, I still had not received a refund. I repeatedly attempted to contact them about the refund, but I could no longer get a response from them.
