Incompetent Supervisor and damaging service. I took my watch to the jewelry counter for a simple battery replacement. After much inexpert probing, Nancy finally got the back off. After putting in the replacement battery she fiddled with a machine to replace the back. all it did was dent the back so the edges flared. She then took a hammer to the back of the watch to attempt to bang out the dent. Then she and two other associates kept trying to set the back on with the presser machine that now had tissue on it to make the pressing disc stay on... read full review »
