Spiegel and Newport News have lost another customer. It has been approximately six weeks since I returned items to these companies. Though they acknowledge receipt of my items, as of today, I have not received a refund and their websites do not show them as being processed. Any email correspondence to them is responded to with a form letter. No real status update. In the meantime, they have the merchandise and my money. Never again will I order from the people.
